Who is responsible for your data
Evolution Worldwide, S.L., CIF B88890132, C/ Refugio, 10, 11540 Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz), Spain. Contact: paula@thereal.city.
What we collect and why
- Booking details (name, email, mobile, date, party, language and, if you give them, your companions' first names and children's ages, where you're staying, your plans, tastes, interests and allergies): to arrange and run your velada and contact you about it. Legal basis: the contract you enter into with us (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Allergies and intolerances are health data; we only use them to keep you safe during the velada and with your explicit consent when you send them (art. 9.2.a GDPR).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Billing records: we keep invoices for as long as Spanish tax law requires.
We don't send you marketing unless you ask for it, and we don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Your host, only what they need for your velada (first name, party, language, preferences and allergies).
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., to process your payment.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), when we confirm your velada or answer your questions there. It's optional: tell us and we'll use email instead.
- Telegram, which we use for internal notices to our team about new bookings. Allergies and other health details are never sent through it.
- Komoot GmbH (Photon), which suggests addresses as you type where you're staying; it only receives the text you type.
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and stores form submissions. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking and preference data: up to 12 months after your velada, then deleted, except what the law requires us to keep for longer (invoices).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to paula@thereal.city. If you're not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets the cookies it needs to process your payment securely on its own payment page. If this changes, we'll ask for your consent first.
